The 2016 Avalon Debuts Along With The 2016 Camry and Corolla Special Editions

Our family at Lipton Toyota is truly honored to bring you some exciting news on great redesigns and high-performance upgrades with the debut of the 2016 Avalon along with the sportier 2016 Special Editions of the Camry and Corolla.


2016 Toyota Avalon


The debut of the 2016 Toyota Avalon illuminated the Chicago Auto Show. The revamped 2016 Avalon showed fresh new styling and super high-tech features.



We can't wait until our customers get to experience first-hand the all new, high-performance vehicle. The sophisticated 2016 Avalon will definitely grab your attention.


With wider lower front grille and narrow upper grille design, the revamped 2016 Avalon, and all its grades, are more refined. Standard features include refined LED taillights and newly-designed turn signals which replace the fog lights. All grades also include new gray accent stitching with light gray interior and chrome rear bumper accent. The XLE and XLE Plus grades include additional new standard features which have been redesigned such as the 17-inch alloy wheels, 7-inch Entune Audio Plus screen, premium woodgrain dash ornamentation and tire-specific Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).



The Avalon XLE Premium grade received technology upgrades as standard equipment such as Entune™ Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite and the Qi Wireless Charging.


The performance-tuned Avalon Touring grade added to its sporty styling with new standard features including a unique “Touring” badge, redesigned 18-inch dark gray painted alloy wheels, new LED headlights with LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and new sporty front fascia.  (source)


2016 Camry Special Edition


Toyota also unveiled the all new Special Edition model of the Toyota Camry at the Chicago Auto Show. It will be a sportier model with more performance features, 18-inch alloy wheels, moonroof and smoked tail lamp treatment. It will have an exclusive sport appearance with seats trimmed with black SofTex bolsters and blue patterned inserts. The new 2016 Camry Special Edition will be the sport version of the popular sedan with a sport meter cluster with blue details and white background. The floor mats will come with logo and unique exterior badge. With an extra dose of technology, it will have Entune Audio Plus, Available Entune Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite, Smart Key with Pushbutton Start, and Qi Wireless Charging. It will come in two exterior colors, Blizzard Pearl and new Blue Streak Metallic, and will have high contrast blue stitching on the seats, shift boot, and dash.

2016 Corolla Special Edition


The special edition model of the Corolla compact sedan debut at the Chicago Auto Show. The 2016 Corolla Special Edition, based on the sporty Corolla S Plus grade is adding smart Key System with pushbutton start, red accented dash and door trim, black mixed media seats with red contrast stitching and Special Edition floor mats with logo and unique exterior badge. Sport Driving Mode, steering wheel paddle shifters, rear disc brakes and unique 17-inch alloy wheels with gloss black finish make for sporty styling features both inside and out.  It will also have available options like power tilt/slide moonroof and Toyota’s Entune™ Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite. The 2016 Corolla Special Edition will have three available colors: Absolutely Red, Black Sand Pearl and Super White. (source)
